Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum batch?
From 100 pcs; before a series we build a few samples for you to check.
What files do you need for a quote?
Gerber, BOM and a pick-and-place file for assembly; for design work a spec or task description is enough. Details on the file requirements page.
How do you protect our documentation?
We sign an NDA before files are shared; only the project team has access. We never publish clients or the production address.
Can we get a test battery?
Yes. Tell us in the form which pack and platform you need — we will agree the terms.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes, and the term depends on the product: typically a few months for UAV boards and up to 12 months for civilian electronics. The exact term is fixed in the contract. For products used in combat conditions we guarantee compliance with the test report at the time of shipment.
Why are there no photos of your work?
Most of our projects are for defence, and clients do not want their designs seen by others. We show examples in person after an NDA is signed — and we will protect your project the same way.
Who sources the components?
Whatever suits you: turnkey by us, consigned by you, or mixed. Genuine parts only, from trusted distributors.
Do you work with foreign companies?
Yes — under a contract with invoices and full shipping documents. We correspond in English and Ukrainian. Test batches from 100 pcs are invoiced by a sole proprietor (FOP) on the single tax, without VAT. Serial production contracts are signed with a VAT-registered LLC (TOV), which we set up before the series starts — while components are being sourced and stencils made.
What are the lead times?
They depend on product complexity and component availability. We state exact lead times in the quote and fix them in the contract.
